ATTENTION: The City of Delray Beach Customers

The City of Delray Beach Water Utilities Department is transitioning to a new billing platform, Enterprise ERP Software, designed to enhance customer service, improve productivity, and increase operational efficiency within our department.

To complete this system upgrade, the Utility Billing Office will be closed from July 20 through July 27, 2026.

During this temporary blackout period:

Payments may be submitted using the drop box located in front of City Hall. (No cash)
Checks can be mailed in to our processing center, P.O. Box 288242, Tampa, FL 33630-8242.
No other forms of payment will be accepted until the upgrade is complete.
All office operations and online services will resume on July 28, 2026.

Monthly water bills are calculated based on your water usage that’s measured by your water meter reading. Payments for your monthly utility bills are now being managed directly by the City's Utilities Department.

E-billing is Now Available

Your utility bill will arrive in your email on the bill date. You'll be able to print, save, and access the direct link to pay.

Special Instructions for Our Seasonal Residents

To minimize any mail delays in delivery of your Utility Bills, please submit a change of address form. We also suggest turning off your water at your house valve and locking your outdoor spigot while you are away. Remember to complete a change of address form when you return to Delray Beach so that your Utility account reflects the correct address. Thank you for your assistance.

Service Interruption

If your water is turned off due to non-payment, your account must be paid in full to restore service. To guarantee that your service is turned on the same day, Monday through Friday, you must pay your full account balance plus a late fee of $5 and a reconnection fee of $20 before 3:30 p.m. This payment can be made online, by phone or in person at City Hall. Once the payment has been made, please call Customer Service at (561) 243-7100 to confirm same day turn-on service.
