Special Instructions to our seasonal Residents 

To minimize any mail delays in delivery of your Utility Bills, please contact Utilities Customer Service at 561-243-7100 with your change of address.  We also suggest turning off your water at your house valve and locking your outdoor spigot while you are away. Remember to contact us again when you return to Delray Beach so that your Utility account reflects the correct address. Thank you for your assistance.

Service Interruption

If your water is turned off due to non-payment, your account must be paid in full to restore service. To guarantee that your service is turned on the same day, Monday – Friday, you must pay your full account balance plus a late fee of $5 and a reconnection fee of $20 before 4:30 PM. This payment can be made online, by phone or in person at City Hall. Once the payment has been made, please call Customer Service at 561-243-7100 to confirm same day turn-on service.
