Find permits: After logging in, select “My Work” from the menu and then “My Permits”. If you don’t find the permit, then the email under which you are logged in is not associated with that permit. Try another email or call us for assistance.
Apply for Permits: Select “Apply” from the menu and use the application assistant to search using keywords. For instance: “roof”, “plumbing” or “driveway”, etc.
Apply for Sub Permits: From the master permit, sub permits can be applied from the sub-records tab. If you don’t have access to the master permit, go to the “Apply” page and search using keywords. Ensure the master permit number is readily available.
Change of Contractor: Go to the “Apply” page and search for change of contractor.
NOC: Upload NOC directly to the permit attachment tab. Don’t forget to click the submit button on the bottom right.
Private Provider Inspection Report: go to the permit sub-records tab and apply.
Design Professional Letter for Inspection or Clarification: go to the permit sub-records tab and apply.
Roof Uplift Test: go to the permit inspections tab and request “Roof Uplift Test - BLD-PR”. Once requested, use the back button to find and open the inspection and upload the document. Click here to watch the inspection video
Roof Re-nailing Affidavit: go to the permit inspections tab and request “Roof Re-Nailing Affidavit - BLD-PR”. Once requested, use the back button to find and open the inspection and upload the document. Click here to watch the inspection video
Foundation Holds: go to the permit inspections tab and request appropriate PR inspections. Note that system enforces a priority order where incomplete “PR” inspections will prevent the next field inspections from being requested. Click here to watch the inspection video
