To open a new utility account, please provide all required documentation listed below. Applications and documentation can be submitted online via email to UtilitiesCustomerService@mydelraybeach.com.

Requirements for Owners: 

  • Warranty Deed - All signatures required.
  • Government Issued Photo ID (Examples: Valid Driver's License, Passport, Alien ID Card, State-Issued ID Card) for all persons listed on the warranty deed.
  • Completed Water and Sewer Service Application
  • Deposit will be billed on your first bill, as well as a $15 activation fee. And will vary between $100 - $200 based on meter size, once you have all the required documents, please visit the New Utilities Account: Owners Application page to submit your application.

Requirements for Tenants:

  • A Valid Lease of six months or more is required. A Single Family Residential Lease must be filled out completely and submitted once signed by the lessee and lessor.
  • Government Issued Photo ID (Examples: Valid Driver's License, Passport, Alien ID Card, State-Issued ID Card) for all persons over 18 years listed on the lease agreement.
  • Completed Water and Sewer Service Application.
  • Deposit Payment. The deposit payment will be billed on the first bill. Deposit amounts vary between $100 - $200 based on the meter size. A $15 activation fee will be assessed on your first bill. Once you have all the required documents, please visit New Utility Account: Tenant Applications page to submit your application.

All new account holders must submit all required documentation within 48 hours prior to move in or start date.
