To change your mailing address for your utility bill, the following is required:

• Complete and sign Change of Address form, include a copy of each account holder's Government Issued Photo ID (Examples: Valid driver's license, Passport, Alien ID card, State-Issued ID card) and email to utilitiescustomerservice@mydelraybeach.com.

• Please allow 72 hours for the account to update with the new mailing address.
