To submit an as-built request, you will need to submit your request through our City Clerk public records portal. 

Please note the following:

• If a clear site plan of your project area is available, it is advised that you attach it to your request. Make sure to provide an explanation of your needs, as well as a valid email address in case of any questions.
• The Water Utilities Department provides a small GIS map of the area as a courtesy.
• The City makes no guarantee of accuracy in the provided plans or GIS map.
• Please confine the request to the specific area of your project, broad requests may be denied.
• If a request is large and takes longer than 30 minutes to complete, there will be a charge. A deposit is required for these larger requests.
