Special Events Sponsorship Opportunities
The City of Delray Beach offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities designed to promote your business while giving back to the community and making a meaningful impact in one of Florida’s most vibrant and sought-after cities.
Partnering with the City of Delray Beach allows your business or organization to align with high-quality events and programs that engage residents and visitors of all ages and interests.
Our sponsorship package can be customized to fit your marketing goals and may include:
- Your business logo and link are featured on the City of Delray’s official website.
- Opportunities to distribute promotional materials at City events.
- Logo placement in marketing materials, email campaigns, e-newsletters, and more
Connect with the community, build brand recognition, and show your support for local initiatives through a partnership with the City of Delray.
Sponsors are responsible for providing the following:
- Completed and signed application.
- A Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the City of Delray Beach as Additional Insured, with a minimum Commercial General Liability limit of $1,000,000. Please note that this requirement applies only to sponsors who choose to participate in onsite sponsorships.
- In the “Description of Operations” box, please include: The City of Delray Beach is named Additional Insured.
- In the “Certificate Holder” box, please include: The City of Delray Beach

- High-resolution company logo (preferably in PNG or PSD format).
- Payment should be received within 5 business days of submitting the application to ensure full benefits. Payments can be made via check-in person or by mail via Debit/Credit Card. Online payment arrangements can be made by request via email. For payment via mail:

- If a sponsor is required to provide a banner, it should be a 6 ft x 3 ft Banner.
- If you are an onsite Sponsor, you are responsible for providing your own generators, 10x10 tents, tables, chairs, or any additional setup materials for their booth. We might provide electricity on some occasions, but please know that power outlets will not be available for all booths.
