The SET Transformation Plan & The SET Implementation Plan: The SET Transformation Plan updates the West Atlantic Master Plan (which updated and replaced the West Atlantic Redevelopment Plan and the Southwest Area Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan with Resolution No. 105-20 on October 20, 2020).  The SET Transformation Plan was adopted by Resolution No. 19-26 on April 21, 2026.
