Contractor registration is required for any contractor performing licensed work within the City of Delray Beach. Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process on eServices.

Step 1: Prepare Required Documents

Before applying, gather the following:

• An active State of Florida contractor license that matches the scope of work.
• A Certificate of Workers' Compensation Insurance (or valid exemption).
• A Certificate of General Liability Insurance.

Both insurance certificates must list the following as the certificate holder:

Step 2: Submit Online Application

Once submitted online through eServices, staff will review the documentation to confirm license and insurance compliance.

Contractor registrations should be updated at any time the license or insurance information expires/changes. Just upload new licenses and certificates of insurance directly to your registration record on eServices.
