What to know before you get started 

Express Permits Available: A/C change-out, water heater replacement and re-roof permits are considered express permits and will be expedited and issued within three days. Emergency A/C change-outs and water heater replacements can also be accommodated if the permit is submitted within 24 hours of doing the work.  

Contractor Registration: Contractors must register and maintain their current license on file prior to permit submittal.
