• Are you opening or operating a business located within the  Delray Beach city limits?
  • Do you perform a profession that requires a state license or certification?
  • Do you use your home address for your business inside the city limits?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, a Business Tax Receipt (BTR) must be obtained prior to opening or establishing any new business.  For businesses with multiple locations, each location must have a separate BTR.

Important: If there are multiple classifications within a business, a separate fee will be charged for each one.
