Step 1: Log Into ePlans

Click here to view the ePlans log in screen.

If you don’t know the password or have forgotten it, click the “forgot password” link on the log in screen and follow the prompts to set or reset your password. 

Step 2: Opening Tasks
If you logged in by visiting the ePlans log in screen by clicking here, you will be directed to the dashboard, where you can click on the orange Open button shown below.

If you clicked the “Start Task” button on the email you received, you will skip the dashboard and go straight to this screen where you can click the upload drawing and/or upload documents buttons.

After uploading all the required drawings and documents, check the box below to confirm all files have been uploaded, and then click submit.

Sufficiency (Corrections) Process: Once the submission is received, the assigned Planner will confirm sufficiency and begin the review process.

  • If all requirements are met, an email will be sent notifying you that the review is starting.
  • If changes are needed, a Sufficiency Corrections task will be assigned to you. Comments from the must be addressed and new or updated files must be uploaded to continue with the process.

Review Process: After the first review cycle, a Respond and Submit task will be assigned to you for required corrections or updates. A notification will be sent via email. Comments from the reviewers must be addressed and new or updated files must be uploaded to continue with the process.
