Email Accounts Associated with Projects

  • Emails are associated with development applications on a project-by-project basis.
  • If an error message about limited access is received, the email address provided on the original online submission is not being provided. 
  • The email provided under the applicant contact information is the one that has access to the project. 
  • It is recommended that a company email, when possible, is always used.  
  • Once a task is assigned to the applicant group, the applicant can add or remove email accounts for each individual project.
  • Use the “Invite Others” tab on the task form to manage email recipients, to specify who should or should not receive project-related messages, respond to comments, and upload files. See example:
