When all the requirements have been met, a notification email to download the files from the “Reviewed” folder will be sent.

Downloading the Certified (Approved) Set

A notification email titled “Download Reviewed Files” will be sent. Either click on the download button in the email or open the task from the dashboard as shown below. Click here to access the ePlans dashboard.

When this screen appears, click “Access Project Files” and go to the files tab within the project.

The Certified set will include all the project files.

Step 1: Click the “Reviewed” folder.
Step 2: Select all the files in the folder.
Step 3: Click the download button. The system will zip all files prior to download.

Note: Illegible documents may cause issues and delays during inspections.
