Delray Beach's eServices now includes a fully digital Development Application review process through ePlans! With ePlans, you can easily submit documents, pay fees, and download review comments and certified plans online. Have limited access to digital documents? Bring in your documents, and we'll help digitize them for you with our scanning service for a fee.

As of June 17, 2025, ePlans is open for all development application submittals, including Pre-application Meeting requests and Zoning Certificate of Use requests. No more paper submittals for new requests will be accepted.
