The City of Delray Beach's Utility Billing Office will be closed from July 20 through July 27, 2026, for a system upgrade.

During this period:

*Payments may be submitted using the drop box located in front of City Hall. (No cash)
*Checks can be mailed in to our processing center at P.O. Box 288242, Tampa, FL 33630-8242.
*No other forms of payment will be accepted until the upgrade is complete.
*All office operations and online services will resume on July 28, 2026.

Business Services: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Business Tax Receipts, Alarms, Liquor Licenses, Sidewalk Cafe Applications: All application requests are now available through eService.
