Take a Class with Tia

Tia-Noelle Taylor loves all things desserts. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University with an associate's degree in Baking and Pastry and a bachelor’s in food service management. Currently, she is the creative mind and owner of Euphoria Desserts.  With over 16 years of experience, she wants to share her knowledge and talent with her students. She has won 2025 and 2026 South Florida Fair Blue Ribbons for Best Overall Presentation and Best in Show for her cinnamon rolls and signature cakes.
