Take a Class with Debra

Debra L. Snyder began her formal art education at Parsons School of Art & Design in New York, and years later, she studied acrylic and watercolor painting with renowned artists at the Woodstock School of Art. Her favored theme of landscapes and seascapes was inspired while living at the Jersey Shore, the Catskill Mountains, and the coastal areas of New England. Upon encountering alcohol ink while in Arizona, she was immediately intrigued by this fluid art, the brilliance of the pigment, and its versatility. Unlike acrylic or watercolor painting, alcohol ink allows for freedom of expression, which she finds unique and challenging. Debra has been practicing as an alcohol ink artist for the past seven years and continues to discover new techniques and applications with this exciting medium. Debra began teaching art classes in 2015 in New Jersey and went on to create her mobile art business, Art Party Express, LLC.
