Non-Profit 3-Hour Rate | $250
All rentals must include setup and cleanup time.
Day Rate is equivalent to 8 hours from the Creative Art School's operating hours of 9am-6pm, Monday-Saturday. Any time required outside of these hours is $32 per staff member present, per hour. Rentals must fall between 7am - 11pm.

Bright and flexible creative spaces well-suited for arts programming that does not require water access or extensive cleanup. While this studio does not include a sink, it features 10-foot-tall windows that fill the room with soft, natural light throughout the day. Its second-floor location places the space within the tree canopy, with sunlight gently filtered through surrounding greenery.

This room works especially well for drawing, textile and fiber arts, lectures, writing workshops, digital photography, design classes, and other creative or instructional uses that benefit from an inspiring atmosphere and a clean, adaptable layout. The open space allows for multiple seating or table configurations, making it suitable for both hands-on and presentation-based activities.
