Judy Mollica was elected to the Delray Beach City Commission in March 2026. She brings a strong background in business, community leadership, and civic engagement to her role on the Commission. 

Mollica is a real estate broker with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She is the founder and owner of Ocean East Properties, where she has built a reputation for professionalism, customer service, and extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market.

In addition to her professional experience, Mollica has been actively involved in the Delray Beach community. She previously served on the City’s Planning and Zoning Board and the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.

Mollica is also the President of Friends of Delray, a nonprofit organization focused on fostering community engagement and promoting transparent local government. Through this work, she has helped facilitate conversations among residents, business owners, and community stakeholders.

Her community involvement also includes service with the Rotary Club of Delray Beach and board membership with the Mae Volen Senior Center, reflecting her commitment to supporting education initiatives and services for seniors.

As a Commissioner, Judy Mollica is focused on working collaboratively with residents, businesses, and local leaders to address key issues facing the city, including responsible growth, housing affordability, economic stability, and preserving Delray Beach’s unique character. Mollica lives in Delray Beach with her husband, Mark.
