On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, the City Commission approved Resolution No. 47-25, for the deferral of processing and approval of requests to aggregate parcels, demolish buildings and facades, or change the architectural style of a building located on properties along part of East Atlantic Avenue. A map of all properties included within the boundary for the Zoning in Progress is provided as an attachment to the Resolution. 

This zoning in progress shall remain in effect until new or amended LDR are adopted by the City Commission with respect to this subject matter or until the passage of 180 days, whichever occurs first. This policy may be extended by Resolution of the City Commission for additional periods of time in order to complete the tasks outlined herein.
