Date:                     Monday, August 26, 2019
Location:             Swinton Operations Center, 434 South Swinton Ave., Delray Beach

Osceola Park Meeting Aug 26 2019Embracing Osceola Park’s artistic identity and building on its resident-driven beautification efforts, the plan incorporates more opportunities for public art and streetscape improvements. The plan also calls for the addition of more public gathering spaces, improving transitions between residential and commercial areas and strategies for attracting businesses that better serve the neighborhood’s needs.

Stormwater management techniques, which prevent flooding, and home improvement grants to increase energy efficiency are also priorities within the proposal.

Representatives from the City of Delray Beach’s Development Services Department will be on hand to discuss the plan’s goals, implementation, and benefits.
