Public Workshop - Lowson Boulevard

Come share your input and ideas for improving mobility on Lowson Blvd

Representatives from City of Delray Beach’s Public Works Department will conduct a Public Workshop on February 26 & 27, 2019 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Delray Beach Public Library, 100 W Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL  33444.

On February 26, the workshop is being held to discuss the proposed traffic calming and mobility improvements to Segment 1 of the Lowson Boulevard Roadway Improvements project.  Segment 1 is approximately a 1 mile section from Military Trail to Dover Road and part of the overall project limits of Lowson Boulevard from Military Trail to SE 6th Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida. Proposed improvements include traffic calming and mobility improvements along 3.5 miles of roadway which includes approximately 1 mile for Segment 1.

On February 27, the workshop is being held to discuss the proposed traffic calming and mobility improvements to Segments 2 and 3 of the Lowson Boulevard Roadway Improvements project.  Segment 2 is approximately a 1 mile section from Dover Road to Congress Avenue and Segment 3 is approximately a 1.5 mile section from Congress Avenue to SE 6th Avenue and both segments are part of the overall project limits of Lowson Boulevard from Military Trail to SE 6th Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida. Proposed improvements include traffic calming and mobility improvements along 3.5 miles of roadway which includes approximately 1 mile for Segment 2 and approximately 1.5 miles for Segment 3.

City representatives will be available to listen to ideas for improving mobility and to answer questions during both workshops.
