The City of Delray Beach has released its 2026 City Manager's Annual Report, providing residents with a comprehensive look at the accomplishments, investments, and strategic initiatives that are shaping the city's future. The report highlights progress over the past year and outlines a coordinated vision focused on responsible stewardship, thoughtful innovation, and delivering meaningful results for the community.

The release of the annual report coincides with Moore's fifth anniversary as Delray Beach's City Manager. During his tenure, the City has advanced numerous transformative initiatives while maintaining a focus on sound financial management, operational excellence, and exceptional public service.
