DELRAY BEACH LAUNCHES NEW, EASY-TO-USE WATER UTILITY BILLING PORTAL
This July, the City of Delray Beach’s Utility Department is transitioning to Tyler Enterprise ERP, a convenient online water bill payment portal with new customer features meant to make paying your water bill fast, easy, and hassle-free.
Online payments will be suspended from July 20, 2026, through July 28, 2026, and customers who typically receive their bills toward the end of the month may experience a delay. Late fees will be waived from July 20, 2026, through August 7, 2026.
Payments can be made by mailing checks to the processing center at P.O. Box 288242, Tampa, FL 33630-8242, or by using the drop box located in front of City Hall, 100 NW 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444. However, payments will not be posted until July 28th, 2026.
The new Tyler Enterprise ERP portal provides customers with exciting features such as e-check payments, as well as the ability to create an online account or securely store their credit card information for future payments.
Transaction fees starting July 28, 2026:
- E-check payments will have a $1.95 fee
- Credit card payments will have a 3.25% processing fee ($2.50 minimum)
*Please note: e-check and credit card payments by phone will have an additional $0.50 fee per transaction.
