 Notice Of Funding Opportunity The City of Delray Beach Looks to Fund Non-Profit Providers Through Community Development Block Grant and Urban Development Action Grant

The City of Delray Beach, Neighborhood Services Division, pleased to announce that they're accepting applications from Non-profit organizations for Public Service Grant Funding through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Urban Development Action Grant (UDAG) programs, for FY 2025–2026 with the deadline for applications being 2 PM on May 12, 2026.

 

All Non-profit organizations will apply directly through the Bidnet Direct at the following link and it will be available on April 8, 2026:

www.bidnetdirect.com/florida/Public-Service-Activities-Grant

Programs must either introduce a new service or demonstrate a measurable increase in the level of an existing service.

Who Should Apply:
  • 501(c)3 Non-profit organizations that deliver impactful public services that benefit Delray Beach residents and align with federal program requirements.
  • Local non-profit organizations are invited to apply for funding to support programs.
Eligible Services Include:
  • Childcare and early learning support
  • Youth programs and enrichment
  • Literacy and education services
  • Fair housing outreach
  • Job training and workforce development
  • Services for seniors
  • Homeownership assistance
  • Other eligible public service activities that meet community needs

Funding Details:
  • Maximum award: $40,000
  • One funding source per agency (CDBG or UDAG)
  • Reimbursement-based grant with required monthly performance reporting
  • Project period: FY 2025–2026
