Knowles Park provides public access to the Intracoastal Waterway in Delray Beach. The boat ramps provide access for fishermen, pleasure boats, jet skis, etc. The park also provides a shaded picnic area, barbecue grills, playground and restrooms.

City Boat Permit Parking Access

The annual City Boat Permit provides convenient parking access at select locations without paying meter fees. This permit allows holders, residents and non-residents, to park in designated lots year-round.
