Capital improvement projects are permanent structural change or the restoration of some aspect a property, neighborhood or roadway that will either enhance the its overall value, increase its useful life or adapt it to new uses. Public Impact

There will be an impact on the swales and there will be road closures as a result of this project. Attached below is the public meeting PowerPoint with more information on the project. And the MOT the Contractor has provided for this project. The Contractor will be detouring Non-Local Traffic outside of the Alleys and Specific Intersections during phases of the work. The contractor is required to provide local access to your property throughout the duration of the project
