The evening begins with an all-levels, full moon-inspired yoga flow led by Jessica and Pedro, accompanied by live beats that guide your breath and movement. As the practice comes to a close, the energy shifts into a vibrant ecstatic dance experience, where the music invites you to move freely, release what no longer serves you, and celebrate through self-expression.

Everyone is welcome—whether you're flowing on your mat, dancing under the stars, or simply soaking in the atmosphere. Flow artists are encouraged to bring their props and add to the magic of the evening.
