The City of Delray Beach invites you to attend and participate in a Public Information Meeting for the Complete Streets Design Project on Barwick Road from Lake Ida Road to the L-30 Canal starting at 6 PM on March 4th at the Swinton Operation Complex (434 S. Swinton Ave.).

Proposed Project Improvements

• New 5-foot sidewalk on the west side to improve pedestrian safety and connectivity.
• New 10-foot shared-use path on the east side for safer walking and biking.
• Roadway widening and a raised median to improve safety and traffic flow.
• Extended turn lanes at Sabal Lakes Road to help reduce congestion.
• New high-visibility crosswalks to improve pedestrian safety and driver awareness.
